The 1.5SMC8.2A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's 1.5SMC series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000µs waveform) and a reverse standoff voltage of 7.02V. The device clamps transient overvoltages to a maximum of 12.1V at a peak pulse current of 125.6A.
