The 1.5SMC43AHE3/57T is a unidirectional Zener transient voltage suppressor diode from Vishay's 1.5SMC series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. This device offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform) and features a reverse standoff voltage of 36.8V with a maximum clamping voltage of 59.3V at a peak pulse current of 25.3A.
