The 1.5SMC300A-M3/9AT is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay's 1.5SMC series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 256V and a clamping voltage of 414V at a peak pulse current of 3.6A. With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform), it provides robust protection against voltage transients.
This device is designed for general purpose transient protection in sensitive electronics, including consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications. It offers very fast response time, low incremental surge resistance, and a glass passivated chip junction for reliability.
