The 1.5SMC200A-E3/57T is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale's 1.5SMC series. It features a standoff voltage of 171V and a clamping voltage of 274V, providing robust protection against voltage transients. The device is housed in an SMC (DO-214AB) surface-mount package, ideal for automated assembly.
This TVS diode offers a peak pulse power capability of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform) and very fast response time. It is glass passivated for reliability and meets MSL level 1. The part is RoHS-compliant and suitable for use in consumer, industrial, automotive, and telecommunication applications where sensitive electronics need protection from inductive load switching and lightning-induced transients.
