The 1.5SMC130A is a 1500W unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform) with a clamping voltage of 179V at a peak pulse current of 8.5A. The reverse standoff voltage is 111V (note: part number naming convention suggests 130V; verify with datasheet).
