The 1.5KE82A-E3/54 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale, part of the 1.5KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse standoff voltage of 70.1 V, a nominal breakdown voltage of 82 V, and a clamping voltage of 113 V at a peak pulse current of 13.3 A (10/1000 μs waveform).
