The 1.5KE8.2CA-E3/54 is a bidirectional Zener transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale's 1.5KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 7.02 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.79 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 12.1 V at a peak pulse current of 124 A (10/1000 µs waveform).
