The Vishay Dale 1.5KE75A-E3/54 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from the 1.5KE series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 64.1 V, a breakdown voltage of 75 V, and a clamping voltage of 104 V. The device can handle a peak pulse power of 1500 W with a 10/1000 μs waveform and a peak pulse current of 14.6 A. It also has a forward surge current capability of 200 A at 8.3 ms half sine-wave.
This TVS diode uses a glass passivated junction for reliable performance and offers very fast response time to voltage transients. It is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from inductive load switching and lightning-induced transients. The device is designed for general purpose applications in consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication equipment.
The 1.5KE75A-E3/54 is housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial leaded package for through-hole mounting. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (junction). The device is RoHS compliant (E3 suffix) and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
