The 1.5KE68CA-E3/54 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale, part of the TRANSZORB series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 58.1 V, breakdown voltage of 68 V at 1 mA, and clamping voltage of 92 V at a peak pulse current of 16.3 A.
