The Littelfuse 1.5KE62CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 53V and a maximum clamping voltage of 85V at a peak pulse current of 17.9A (10/1000µs waveform). The device can dissipate 1500W of peak pulse power, making it suitable for industrial and consumer applications.
This TVS diode is housed in a through-hole DO-201AA/DO-27 axial leaded package with matte tin lead-free plating. It offers a fast response time of typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C, with a steady state power dissipation of 6.5W at a lead temperature of 75°C.
The 1.5KE series is glass passivated for reliability and features low incremental surge resistance. Typical reverse leakage current is less than 1µA when the minimum breakdown voltage exceeds 12V. The device is halogen-free and lead-free (Pb-free E3).
The reverse standoff voltage is 53V (typical).
The maximum clamping voltage is 85V at the peak pulse current of 17.9A (10/1000µs waveform).
It can handle 1500W peak pulse power for a 10/1000µs waveform.
The device is available in a through-hole DO-201AA, DO-27, or Axial leaded package (supplier device package is DO-201).
The operating junction and storage temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
