The 1.5KE62A is a unidirectional TVS diode from the Littelfuse 1.5KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform) and features a reverse standoff voltage of 53V, a breakdown voltage range of 58.9V to 65.1V, and a clamping voltage of 85V at 17.9A peak pulse current.
This device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has typical thermal resistance of 15°C/W junction-to-lead and 75°C/W junction-to-ambient. It provides fast response time (<1ps) and is suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
