The 1.5KE510A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 434V and a clamping voltage of 698V at a peak pulse current of 2.1A. The device can handle 1500W of peak pulse power (10/1000μs waveform) and has a steady state power dissipation of 6.5W. With a fast response time of less than 1ps, it is suitable for high-speed data line protection. The diode is packaged in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial leaded through-hole package, making it easy to integrate into circuit boards. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
