The 1.5KE43A-E3/54 is a unidirectional TRANSZORB transient voltage suppressor from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36.8V and a breakdown voltage range of 40.9V to 45.2V at 1mA. The device clamps transient voltages to a maximum of 59.3V, handling a peak pulse current of 25.3A under a 10/1000µs waveform.
