The 1.5KE350CA-E3/51 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Vishay Dale's 1.5KE series. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 300V and a breakdown voltage of 350V. The device clamps transient overvoltages at a maximum of 482V when subjected to a 10/1000μs waveform, with a peak pulse current rating of 3.1A. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning.
This TVS diode is housed in a through-hole DO-201AA / DO-27 axial leaded package, suitable for general purpose circuit protection applications. The part is RoHS3 compliant (E3 suffix) and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The bidirectional configuration allows protection for both positive and negative transients without concern for polarity orientation.
