The 1.5KE350A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 299V and a maximum clamping voltage of 618V at the peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000µs waveform), it provides robust protection for I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer applications.
The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0 ps from 0V to breakdown voltage, ensuring rapid clamping of transient events. It is housed in a DO-201 (DO-201AA, DO-27, Axial) through-hole package, suitable for automated insertion. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C, and the part is lead-free (Pb-free E3) and halogen-free.
The reverse standoff voltage is 299V.
The maximum clamping voltage is 618V at the peak pulse current.
The peak pulse power dissipation is 1500W for a 10/1000µs waveform.
It is available in a DO-201 (DO-201AA, DO-27, Axial) through-hole package.
