The 1.5KE300CA-E3/54 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose protection of sensitive electronics against voltage transients caused by inductive load switching and lightning.
This device provides a peak pulse power of 1500 W (10/1000 μs waveform) with a maximum clamping voltage of 414 V at a peak pulse current of 3.6 A. It utilizes Zener technology with a glass passivated chip junction, ensuring excellent clamping capability and very fast response time.
The TVS diode is packaged in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial leaded case with through-hole mounting. It has a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The part is RoHS compliant (E3 suffix). Power line protection is not supported.
