The 1.5KE27A from ON Semiconductor is a 1500 Watt unidirectional Zener transient voltage suppressor designed to protect voltage sensitive components from high voltage, high-energy transients. It features excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener impedance, and fast response time.
