The 1.5KE24 is a 1500W peak pulse power unidirectional TVS diode from the Littelfuse 1.5KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. The diode features a reverse standoff voltage of 20.5V and a clamping voltage of 34.86V, with a peak pulse current rating of 45.8A. The device offers fast response time of typically less than 1.0ps and low incremental surge resistance.
