The STMicroelectronics 1.5KE200ARL is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It provides a reverse stand-off voltage of 171V and a clamping voltage of 353V, capable of handling 1500W peak pulse power (1.5kW) with a 28A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform).
