The 1.5KE200A-E3/54 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a maximum clamping voltage of 274V at a peak pulse current of 5.5A (10/1000μs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (1.5kW), it provides robust protection against inductive load switching and lightning-induced transients.
This TVS diode utilizes a Zener technology with a glass passivated chip junction for reliability. It is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The device is unidirectional with one channel, and the cathode end is indicated by a color band.
The 1.5KE200A-E3/54 is housed in a through-hole DO-201AA (DO-27) axial package with matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. It is RoHS3 compliant (E3 suffix) and suitable for general purpose applications in consumer, computer, industrial, automotive, and telecommunication equipment.
