The 1.5KE200A is a 1500W unidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients.
Electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 171V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 200V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 353V. It can handle a peak pulse current of 28A per 8/20µs waveform and offers a capacitance of 675pF at 1MHz.
This part is mounted through-hole in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial lead package. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C with typical thermal resistance of 15°C/W junction-to-lead and 75°C/W junction-to-ambient.
