The 1.5KE200A is a 1500W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse Inc., designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events.
This device features a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 190V, with a maximum clamping voltage of 274V at a peak pulse current of 5.5A (10/1000µs waveform). It is capable of handling 1500W peak pulse power and 6.5W steady-state power dissipation. The diode has a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage.
It is housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial leaded package with through-hole mounting, matte tin lead finish, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The device is suitable for general purpose applications including I/O interface protection, VCC bus, telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
The 1.5KE200A is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, halogen free, and lead free (Pb-free E3), with an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
