The device is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C with a steady state power dissipation of 5W at TL=75°C.

 

The 1.5KE15CA-T is supplied in a DO-201 through-hole package with axial leads. The package is transfer molded epoxy with UL flammability rating 94V-0 and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. Terminals are tin finished and solderable per MIL-STD-202 Method 208. Packaged in 13" tape and reel with 1000 pieces per reel.
