The 1.5KE15CA-T is a 1500W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12.8V and a clamping voltage of 21.2V at a peak pulse current of 71A. The device offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (non-repetitive current pulse, tp=1ms).
