The 1.5KE12CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10/1000µs waveform) and a peak pulse current of 461A (8/20µs waveform).
