The 1.5KE120CA-E3/54 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay Dale, part of the 1.5KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform), it offers excellent clamping capability and very fast response time.
