The 1.5KE120A is a 1500W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 102V and a clamping voltage of 212V at a peak pulse current of 47A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle 1500W peak pulse power (10/1000µs waveform) and offers a fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. It provides ESD protection up to 30kV air and contact per IEC 61000-4-2.
