The Littelfuse 1.5KE120A is a unidirectional TVS diode from the 1.5KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 102V, a breakdown voltage of 120V, and a clamping voltage of 165V at a peak pulse current of 9.2A. With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W for a 10/1000μs waveform, it provides robust transient suppression.
This device is housed in a DO-201AA, DO-27, or Axial package (supplier device package DO-201) and supports through-hole mounting. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has a fast response time of less than 1ps. The diode also features a high surge current capability of 200A for 8.3ms half sine wave.
Ideal for general purpose applications, it is suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The device is lead-free with matte tin termination and meets flammability rating V-0.
