The 1.5KE110A-E3/54 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Vishay Dale, part of the TRANSZORB family. It features a glass passivated chip junction for reliable performance and is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 94 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 105 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 152 V at a peak pulse current of 9.9 A (10/1000 µs waveform). The device can handle 1500 W of peak pulse power and offers a peak forward surge current of 200 A (8.3 ms). It has a very fast response time and low incremental surge resistance.
The diode is housed in a through-hole DO-201AA (DO-27) axial package with matte tin plated leads.
