The 1.5KE100A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 85.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 178V at a peak pulse current of 56A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle 1500W of peak pulse power.
