The 1.5KE10 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage protection. It offers a peak pulse power of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform) and a clamping voltage of 15.23V at 104.8A peak pulse current. The reverse standoff voltage is 8.55V, and the breakdown voltage minimum is 9.4V. This device is housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial leaded package suitable for through-hole mounting. It features a fast response time of less than 1 ps and can operate over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free (Pb-free E3).
