This jack is surface mountable with solder termination and vertical orientation. The housing is made of 30% glass-filled LCP (halogen free) with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are phosphor bronze with selective gold plating in the mating zone (1.27µm) and nickel underplating overall. Solder zones are tin plated (3.5-5.0µm). The part includes solder retention features for reliable mounting.

 

Packaged in tape and reel (250 pieces per reel) per EIA 481-3, with Kapton tape on top surface for pick and place compatibility. Coplanarity is controlled to 0.18 mm max at contact tips. The tab direction is user selectable. No LED indicator is included.
