The Advanced Energy UltraVolt C Series 1/2C24-P30-E is a high voltage regulated DC-to-DC converter designed for fast rise time and charging applications. This enclosed module offers a 30W output power with a maximum output voltage of 500V and a maximum output current of 60mA.
Featuring a wide input voltage range of 23V to 30V (full power) and 9V to 32V (derated power), this converter is suitable for various power supply configurations. It provides excellent regulation with line and static load regulation both at <0.01%. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 65°C.
Designed for reliability and low cost, the 1/2C24-P30-E utilizes surface-mount technology and encapsulation. It is housed in a chassis mount package with dimensions of 120.7mm x 50.8mm x 25.4mm. The converter is recognized as a UL/cUL component and carries the CE Mark.
Typical applications include cap-charging, pulsed power systems, test equipment, mass spectrometry, and lasers. It offers indefinite output short circuit protection and very fast rise times with low overshoot.
