The Harting 09400100301 is a Han® HPR series bulkhead mounted housing designed for heavy-duty connectors in harsh outdoor environments. It offers ingress protection ratings of IP65 and IP68 per IEC 60529, and holds UL Type Ratings 4, 4X, and 12 per UL 50/50E, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and corrosion. The housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum die-cast with a powder-coated finish in RAL 9005 (jet black). The seal is made of NBR.
This size 10B housing features toggle locking and bottom entry style. It is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C (for use as a connector per IEC 61984). The housing also meets fire protection requirements for railway vehicles per EN 45545-2 (2020-08) with hazard levels HL 1-3 for R1 and R7.
