This Harting Han B Surface LC 1 Lever Thermoplas base (part number 09 30 016 1255) is a heavy duty connector base designed for side entry cable routing. It accommodates Size 16B industrial connectors and features a single PG21 threaded cable entry.
The housing is made from aluminum die-cast with a gray powder-coated finish (RAL 7037). The seal is NBR, and the locking mechanism uses a single polycarbonate and stainless steel lever with V-0 flammability rating. The base is rated IP65 for dust and water resistance.
Electrical and mechanical performance includes an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, at least 500 mating cycles, and UL 50 / 50E type ratings 4, 4X, and 12. The base complies with RoHS, REACH, ELV, and China RoHS requirements. It also meets fire protection standards EN 45545-2 and is approved under UL 1977, CSA C22.2 No. 182.3, CE, and DNV GL.
