This DIN 41612 Type C male connector from Harting (part number 09233486921) features 48 positions arranged in 3 rows with a 2.54mm pitch on both mating and termination sides. The connector uses a through hole right angle mounting style with wave soldering termination for reliable PCB attachment.
Designed for backplane applications including motherboard to daughtercard, extender card, and PCB to cable connections, the connector supports a rated current of 2A per contact and offers a limiting temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The header is built with gold flash over nickel contacts on the mating side and tin over nickel on the termination side.
Mechanical specifications include an insertion force of ≤60N, withdrawal force ≤40N, and a minimum of 500 mating cycles.
