The Harting 0918520781358U is a 20-position female receptacle connector from the SEK series, designed for IDC termination to 26-28 AWG ribbon cable. It features a 2.54mm pitch between contacts and a 2.54mm row spacing, with a 1.27mm contact spacing on the mating side. The connector is rated for 2.5 A current per contact and has an insulation resistance greater than 10⁹ Ω, with a contact resistance of ≤20 mΩ. It can withstand a test voltage of 1 kV and operates over a temperature range of -55 to +125°C.
This connector includes a strain relief clamp and is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting. The insert is made of thermoplastic resin (PBT) in grey, and the contacts are copper alloy with gold plating on the mating side and tin over nickel on the termination side.
