The Harting 09032967824 is a DIN 41612 Type C female receptacle connector designed for motherboard to daughtercard mezzanine connections. It features 96 contacts arranged in 3 rows (a, b, c) with a 2.54mm pitch on both mating and termination sides. The connector is rated for 2A continuous current (measured at 20°C, with derating curve applicable), with a contact resistance of ≤20 mΩ and insulation resistance >10^12 Ω. It can withstand a test voltage of 1 kV and operates over a temperature range of -55 to +125°C.
Mechanically, the connector has an insertion force of ≤90 N and withdrawal force ≤60 N, supporting at least 50 mating cycles. The housing is made of glass-fibre filled thermoplastic with a pebble grey color (RAL 7032), and contacts are copper alloy with noble metal plating on the mating side and tin over nickel on the termination side. The connector is through-hole mounted with wave soldering termination and has a termination length of 2.9 mm. It includes a fixing flange for secure PCB attachment and coding with loss of contacts.
This connector meets IEC 60603-2 standards with performance level 3 and has a flammability rating of V-0. It is also compliant with EN 45545-2 R26 fire protection standard. RoHS and REACH compliant.
