This Harting DIN-Signal connector is a Type C male header with 64 positions loaded in rows a and c. It features 3 contact rows at 2.54mm spacing on both the mating and termination sides. The right-angle through-hole design is suited for motherboard-to-daughtercard, extender card, and PCB-to-cable connections.
Electrical ratings include a rated current of 2A at 20°C (with derating), contact resistance ≤20 mΩ, insulation resistance >10¹² Ω, and a test voltage of 1 kV r.m.s. The operating temperature range spans -55 to +125°C. Mating cycles exceed 500, with insertion force ≤60 N and withdrawal force ≤40 N.
Mechanical construction uses a glass-fibre filled thermoplastic insulator in pebble grey (RAL 7032) and copper alloy contacts with gold over nickel plating on the mating area and tin over nickel on terminations. The housing includes a fixing flange and coding features for reliable alignment. UL 94 V-0 flammability rated.
