This is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Knowles/Syfer's IECQ-CECC range. It offers a capacitance of 6800 pF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated voltage of 100V.
The X7R dielectric provides a temperature coefficient of ±15% over the range -55°C to +125°C. The dissipation factor is ≤0.025 and insulation resistance is 100GΩ or 1000 seconds whichever is less.
