This is a ceramic multilayer capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 1µF, rated voltage of 6.3V, and X7R dielectric. The X7R temperature coefficient ensures stable capacitance over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C with a tolerance of ±20%.
