The Kyocera AVX 08055A820JAT2M is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 82 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It features a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which is a Class I ceramic material known for its excellent stability. The capacitance change with temperature is less than ±0.3% over the full operating range of -55°C to +125°C, and drift and hysteresis are negligible.
This capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with dimensions of 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Terminations are plated with nickel and tin, suitable for surface mount assembly. The part is supplied on a 7" reel and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
