The 08055A750JAT2A is a Kyocera AVX surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 75pF, rated voltage of 50V, and tolerance of ±5%. It uses a C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C. This dielectric also provides high Q factor, low ESR, and minimal aging effects, making it suitable for precision circuits.
The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with nickel and tin plated terminations, designed for surface mount assembly. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (7" reel) for automated pick-and-place processes. The part is rated for general purpose applications and meets standard mechanical reliability requirements including flexure resistance and solder heat resistance.
The capacitance is 75 pF with ±5% tolerance.
The rated voltage is 50V DC.
The temperature coefficient is C0G (NP0), which provides a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over -55°C to +125°C.
The package is 0805 (2012 Metric) and the mounting type is Surface Mount, MLCC.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
The dielectric is C0G (NP0), a Class I ceramic material known for stable capacitance over temperature, voltage, and frequency.
