The Kyocera AVX 08055A6R0DAT2A is a surface-mount MLCC capacitor featuring C0G (NP0) dielectric, a Class I ceramic formulation known for excellent temperature stability. Capacitance is 6 pF with a tolerance of ±0.5 pF, and the rated voltage is 50V DC. The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with negligible drift and hysteresis. Electrical performance includes a minimum Q factor of 520 at 1 MHz, insulation resistance of at least 10,000 MΩ, and no breakdown under dielectric strength testing at 125V.
