The Kyocera AVX 08055A681JAT2M is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 680 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It utilizes C0G/NP0 dielectric, which offers exceptional temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This Class I dielectric also provides high Q factor (≥1000 at 1 MHz) and low drift, making it suitable for resonant circuits, timing applications, and RF filtering.
