This Kyocera AVX MLCC capacitor features a C0G (NP0) dielectric, offering one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. Capacitance change with temperature is 0 ±30 ppm/°C, which is less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C. Capacitance drift or hysteresis is negligible at less than ±0.05%.
The capacitor is rated at 5.6 pF with a ±0.1 pF tolerance and a rated voltage of 50 V. It is designed for surface mount assembly in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
