The Kyocera AVX 08055A561JAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a C0G (NP0) dielectric, offering excellent capacitance stability across temperature and time. Its 560pF capacitance and 50V DC rating make it suitable for coupling, bypass, and filtering applications where low loss and high Q are needed.
The C0G (NP0) formulation provides less than ±0.3% capacitance change from -55°C to +125°C and negligible drift or hysteresis. The capacitor is rated for a minimum Q of 1000 at 1 MHz and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF, whichever is less.
This MLCC is offered in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions of 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. It features plated nickel/tin terminations for reliable soldering in surface-mount assembly.
The device is designed for general-purpose applications, including RF circuits, timing networks, and power supply decoupling, where stable, low-loss capacitance is critical.
