This is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, part number 08055A4R3DAT2A. It features a capacitance of 4.3 pF with a tolerance of ±0.5 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. The dielectric is C0G (NP0), a Class I ceramic material known for its excellent temperature stability.
