The Kyocera AVX 08055A431JAT4A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 430 pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It features a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor has a tolerance of ±5% for values ≥10 pF.
This component is designed for general-purpose applications where stable capacitance over temperature and frequency is required. The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides low losses, with a minimum Q factor of 1000 for capacitors ≥30 pF. The insulation resistance is at least 10,000 MΩ, and the dielectric strength is verified with no breakdown at 250% of rated voltage.
The capacitor is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions of 2.01mm x 1.25mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. It is suitable for surface mount assembly and is available in tape and reel packaging options. The terminations are plated with nickel and tin.
