This Kyocera AVX 08055A3R3DAT2A is a surface mount MLCC capacitor with a capacitance of 3.3 pF and a voltage rating of 50V. It uses a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which provides excellent stability with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor features a high Q factor of ≥1000 and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ.
Housed in an 0805 (2012 Metric) package measuring 2.01mm x 1.25mm x 0.94mm, the terminations are plated Ni and Sn. It is supplied on a 7" reel for automated assembly.
Suitable for general purpose applications, the C0G dielectric makes this capacitor ideal for timing, filtering, and resonant circuits where low drift and high stability are required.
