The 08055A391KAT4A is a 390pF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, rated at 50V DC with a tolerance of ±10%. It uses C0G/NP0 dielectric, which is an EIA Class I ceramic material known for excellent temperature stability.
C0G/NP0 capacitors exhibit a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C, resulting in less than ±0.3% variation from -55°C to +125°C. This makes them ideal for timing, filtering, and oscillator circuits where stability is critical. The insulation resistance is at least 10,000MΩ or 500MΩ-µF, whichever is less.
